Mix with shaved ice in electric blender until desired consistency. Pour unstrained into cocktail glass.

3/4 oz. Tequila

3/4 oz. Lime or Lemon Juice

1/2 oz. Strawberry Liqueur

8 quarts Strawberries

1 pound Sugar

1 1/2 gallons Tea

Combine strawberries with sugar in large punch bowl and refrigerate for 2 days. Strain and combine with Rum. Right before serving add tea and chunks of ice.

/2 cup Strawberries

Combine in blender. Blend at low speed. Garnish with assorted fruit.

1 dash Bitters

Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

1 qt. Ale or Beer

4 oz. Rum

3 oz. Sugar

4 Eggs

1/2 tsp. Nutmeg

1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

Warm ale or beer over low heat. In a seperate bowl mix the other ingredients and beat well. Add ale or beer slowly to the mixture stirring constantly. Pour into warmed mugs when mixture is creamy.

3/4 oz. Apricot Brandy

3/4 oz. Galliano

1/2 oz. Pernod

Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

Shake well with ice. Strain into a chilled sour glass. Add iec cubes. Garnish with a twist of lemon.

Zima Clearmalt

Pour Vodka into collins glass filled with ice. Fill with Zima. Garnish with lime wedge.
