"Combine all in large pitcher, filling with club soda. Refrigerate
overnight. Stir well and serve in wine glasses."

- 2 oz. Carbonated Water
Fill 10 oz. goblet (large wine glass) with shaved ice. Add
ingredients and stir. Dress with assorted fruits and berries and add
straw.

Combine in blender with 3 oz. crushed ice until smooth. Pour into

Mix all but Pernod until sugar is dissolved. Put Pernod in old

Mix ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice and stir.

ingredients and stir. Dress with assorted fruits and berries and add

- 1 fifth Sherry
- 8 Eggs
- 1 pint Heavy Cream
- 1 quart
Milk
- 1/2 pound Sugar
Beat yolks and whites of eggs seperately. Add sugar to egg whites
and beat until stiff. Combine yolks and whites and mix thoroughly.
Add Sherry. Beat mixture. Add cream and milk. Mix. Chill well. Serve
with a light sprinkling of nutmeg

Shake well with cracked ice and strain into sour glass. Sprinkle

rind into the glass, covering the entire inside. Run a slice of lemon
around the edge, and dip the glass into powdered sugar. Shake well

Add Rum and Whiskey. Beat mixture. Add cream and milk. Mix. Chill
well. Serve with a sprinkling of nutmeg.

Whiskey Eggnog
- 2 oz. Whiskey
- 1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
- 1 Egg Milk
Shake well all but milk with cracked ice and strain into collins
glass. Fill with milk. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

- 2 1/2 oz. Gin
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- 1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
Mix sugar with lemon juice in highball glass until sugar has
dissolved. Fill glass with ice and add Whiskey. Stir. Garnish with
slice of lemon and serve with straws.

- 1 1/2 oz. Whiskey
- 1 tbsp. Sugar
- 1 beaten Egg
Shake well with cracked ice and strain into sour glass. Sprinkle
nutmeg on top.

- 2 oz. Whiskey
- 1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp.
Water
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Dissolve sugar in water and lemon juice. Add Whiskey. Pour into
old fashioned glass over ice. Stir. Garnish with twist of lemon peel.

- 2 oz. Whiskey
- 1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp. Hot
Water
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Dissolve sugar in water and lemon juice. Add Whiskey. Pour into
old fashioned glass. Stir. Sprinkle grated nutmeg on top.

- 1 1/2 oz. Whiskey
- 2 tsp. Powdered Sugar
- 2-3 springs
Fresh Mint
Muddle mint and sugar with 2 oz. shaved ice. Add Whiskey and
strain into sour glass. Garnish with fruit.

- 1 1/2 oz. Whiskey
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- 1/2 tsp. Sugar
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into sour glass. A splash of
club soda may be added if desired. Decorate with 1/2 slice lemon or
orange and a cherry.

- 1 1/2 oz. Whiskey
- 1 lump Sugar
- 1 cube Ice
Stir well and serve.

Boiling Water
"Combine and stir well. Sprinkle with ground nutmeg, add cloves

Mix Tequila and Kahlua in an old fashioned glass filled with ice.
