in 1 1/2 oz. of the juice. Shake well all including the orange juice
with cracked ice. Strain into the orange shell. Serve with a straw.

- 4 oz.
Curacoa juice of 4 Lemons
- 4 Sliced Pineapples
- 1 pound Sugar
Place pineapples and sugar into punch bowl. Let stand until the
sugar has soaked into the pineapple. Add all except champagne with
some ice cubes and let stand for an hour. Place large block of ice in
center and add champagne. Orament with fruit.

- 1 fifth Port
- 8 Eggs
- 1 pint Heavy Cream
- 1 quart
Milk
- 1/2 pound Sugar
Beat yolks and whites of eggs seperately. Add sugar to egg whites
and beat until stiff. Combine yolks and whites and mix thoroughly.
Add Port. Beat mixture. Add cream and milk. Mix. Chill well. Serve
with a light sprinkling of nutmeg.

- 2 oz. Rum
- Orange Juice
Pour Rum over 2 ice cubes in collins glass. Fill with chilled
orange juice. Stir well.

Rum Soaked Pineapple
- Pineapple Slices
- 151 proof Rum
Slice pineapple into small chunks. Lay out on baking pan with
toothpicks in each. Pour in just enough 151 proof rum to cover the
pineapple slices. Let sit for several hours. Pour out excess rum and
serve.

- 1 whole Watermelon
- 1 pint Light Rum
"Cut small plug out of side of watermelon. Pour in Rum. Refit hole
with plug and tape with strong tape. Let watermelon soak for 24
hours, rotating 1/4 turn every few hours. Take out plug and pour out
excess Rum. Slice watermelon and serve."
